Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Booking Policy
To secure your preferred unit, customers must pay the booking amount and submit all required documentation within 7 days of token payment. Please note that a token only reserves a unit temporarily. Confirmation will be provided upon successful processing of documents and full booking payment. Failure to comply may result in release of the unit by Samatva Group.
Cancellation Policy
To initiate a cancellation, customers are requested to visit the Samatva Group office in person.
Refund Policy
Token amounts will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. The refund will be processed without any deductions.
Orders and Digital Services
All facility and service-related payments for Samatva properties will be made via the Samatva Smart Society app. Booking confirmations and payment receipts will be automatically generated and emailed after successful transactions.
